Soft Vibes Studio sells digital products delivered through Payhip. No physical items are shipped.

Change-of-mind requests

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once files have been downloaded or accessed.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, it remains available unless the legal conditions for losing that right have been met.

For EU consumers, these conditions include express consent to immediate digital supply, acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost when supply begins, and confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement.

This policy alone does not constitute your consent or acknowledgement.

Missing, damaged or incorrect files

Please contact us if:

Your download link is missing or does not work
A file is missing, damaged or cannot be opened
You received the wrong product
The delivered files materially differ from the product description
You believe you were charged twice for the same order

We will investigate and help restore access, provide missing files or correct the problem.

Where a refund, price reduction or other remedy is required by law, we will provide it. We may also offer a refund where a delivery or file problem cannot reasonably be resolved.

How to request help

Email softvubesprint@gmail.com with:

The email address used at checkout
Your order or receipt reference
The product name
A description of the problem and, if helpful, a screenshot

Please do not send payment card details.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment service where possible. The time taken for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider.

A full refund ends the licence for the refunded product. You must stop using the artwork and delete the downloaded files, subject to applicable law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy removes your rights regarding faulty, undelivered or misdescribed digital content, or any other mandatory consumer protections.
