These terms apply to purchases of digital illustration products from Soft Vibes Studio.

Digital products and delivery

Our products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

Each product listing describes the included files, formats and technical specifications. Please check these details and your software compatibility before purchasing.

Checkout and digital delivery are provided through Payhip. Following successful payment, download access is provided through the purchase confirmation page and email.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout.

Personal & commercial use licence

Your purchase includes permission to:

Use the artwork in personal and commercial projects
Create and sell finished physical and digital products
Use the artwork for print-on-demand products
Create planners, stickers, invitations, stationery, wall art, apparel, mugs, packaging and other finished products
Use the artwork in your business, website and social media designs
Resize, crop, recolor, add text and combine the artwork with other design elements

No attribution is required. A single illustration may be used on a finished product; combining multiple elements or making substantial changes is not required.

Restrictions

You may not:

Resell the original purchased files, individually or in a clipart or digital asset bundle
Share, redistribute or give away the original files
Upload the original files for other people to download or reuse
Claim ownership of the original artwork

Using the artwork to create and sell finished print-on-demand products is permitted. Offering the underlying PNG files for download or reuse is prohibited.

Ownership

Your purchase grants permission to use the artwork under this licence. It does not transfer ownership of the original artwork or grant permission to redistribute the source files.

Product appearance

Colors may vary slightly between screens, printers and materials. Printed results also depend on your equipment and settings.
