What am I purchasing?
A digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
How do I receive my files?
Payhip provides your download after successful checkout and also sends the download link by email.
Can I use the files commercially?
Yes. You may create and sell finished physical and digital products, including print-on-demand. A single illustration may be used without substantial changes. You may not resell or share the original files. Read Terms & Licence for full details.
Can I request a refund?
Our Refund Policy explains change-of-mind requests, download problems and remedies. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. For help, email softvubesprint@gmail.com with your order reference.
Which programs can I use?
Our PNG files can be used in software that supports PNG images, including Canva and Procreate. Check each listing and your software requirements before purchasing.
Where is checkout handled?
Payment and file delivery are handled through Payhip. Soft Vibes Studio does not receive or store your full card details.
